I have made quite a few large holed beads and lined them with silver and they are beautiful! I've given some away as gifts already and they are a HIT! Mother's Day is just around the corner and what a perfect gift. I have been selling them before I can even get photographs of them, but I will keep making them because they are so much fun. I have about 8 new ones in the kiln now - check back soon, I hope to get them up for you to see. Single silver lined beads are $15, sets of 2 are $28 and sets of 3 are $39. Compare that with the Pandora and Troll prices and designs and I think you will be very happy. Since I don't currently have a lot made to choose from, I will make custom orders. You choose the color(s) and designs, feel free to contact me via email or phone, but get your orders in soon!

News
Whew, the bead show is over (see some samples of what I sold below) and I think it was a success for our Guild. I've yet to hear our total income. I know that I am extremely pleased with my sales. Thanks to all who purchased something from me. I hope you have fun with your new little treasures. I would love to show your creations that were made from my creations, so please send me an email and let me know if you have something to show. I will be happy to put your website information along with your pictures.
   
I am finally all set-up to make borosilicate beads. I have made a few sets and focals so far with pretty good success. I have sold almost all my sets. I do have a few that I hope to list here or in my etsy store (www.etsy.com - beadsbytlc). This glass defintely has a larger learning curve than the soft glass (Morretti, Effetre, Lauscha etc...), but I am up for the challenge.
I have recently received a few inquiries on buying my beads/jewelry wholesale. My wholesale policy is a minimum purchase of $200 which will then qualify you for 20% off of my prices, which I am sure you will find more than reasonable. Oh, and I received such a wonderful compliment from my hairdresser. Which by the way, is extremely talented in what she does. She told me that during a time in her life when she was feeling low and not so confident, she always wore my jewelry (I don't think I've had to pay for my haircuts for some time - gotta love the barter system) and she always received compliments. She said those compliments always made her feel so special, making her feel confident. I can't tell you how good that made me feel. That is what I want to do with my jewelry, make you look and feel as special as you really are. Thanks Anna, you are gorgeous!
Artist Statement
I’ve always had a desire to create. I love color and the mood or feelings that it evokes. I’ve tried a number of mediums throughout my life fulfilling my desire to explore color and create. Glass is the medium that intrigued me the most. The
more I work with it, the more I am intrigued by its qualities; the way
one color affects or reacts with another, the ability to change its
form and the erethral qualities of its transparency. I am inspired by the endless possibilities of this medium. I
love when light hits glass and colors change, possibly changing the
original appearance of the piece as well. I especially love that my art
is one that can be worn. It can enhance an outfit, make a statement and give one a feeling of confidence, originality and unique beauty.
